What Sport Starts With X

-Let's make the ironing board cover - tutorial

My ironing board was really bad shape so I started urgent work and thought I'd take some pictures to give you this simple tutorial .

If you like, but is not required especially if you keep under the old cap-axis, cut a piece of flannel the same size of frame. I preferred to do it because I like to have the axis a bit 'soft.

I joined all the bands to form a single, finished a narrow side and folded in half. I bet with a pin from the center back (see photos that you understand better!).

I've sewn all around to about 15 cm from the beginning. I stopped, I cut the excess fabric and finished close to the other side.
I finished sewing the end and I finished with overlock the edges (this is not mandatory or even feasible with the sewing machine with the appropriate point).

Last thing, I spent inside an elastic band and I curled as you see in this picture.

And here's my new ironing board!
now will be more pleasant ironing and every time I use it (so almost every day ...) I remember my dear friend. Thanks Eleanor !

I hope this project will be useful, it is simple, is done in less than an hour, perfect fit, even if any axis has a particular shape, can be a way to use maybe there are some tissues for too long and certainly will save several pennies.

A kiss hello
